Unless stated otherwise: Standard turn around time on designs is 7 - 10 business days. Websites have a minimum 2 week turn around. This will also depend on the complexity of the overall design request! Turn around time can vary if all items for the project are not included with the original order form. There will be a delay to your project completion if we do not receive all information in a timely matter. You are allowed a THREE WEEK WINDOW to submit all information needed for your order that you may have left off your initial order form. This information can be sent via email to carlathecreative@gmail.com. In the subject line be sure to put your business name followed by the name used on your order form. AFTER THREE WEEKS THE CONTRACT IS VOID AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Absolutely! Any information that wasn’t included in the initial order form is considered an Add-on. If your project is near completion or set for launch and you need to add additional items and/or information, this will require an Add-on, subject to additional fees. Each additional tab is $35. All details must be submitted IN FULL to carlathecreative@gmail.com with your name and company name in subject line. Please keep in mind, the remaining balance is due prior to any further changes to your project.

Domain names and hosting packages ARE NOT included in the price you pay for the initial website design and must be purchased separately. These items are purchased following the completion of site construction and prior to launching the website.

Of course! We can transfer your existing domain to your shiny new website. Hosting must to be purchased through the web server that your website is built on. If you’ve already purchased hosting elsewhere, please contact that hosting company and cancel all related hosting services. They will issue a refund for remaining time left on the package that was purchased.

There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid nor refunds allowed on work that has already began and/or finalized. Remaining balances on deposits are due before log in credentials are sent for the website and/or before any websites are transferred to a different account.
